Overview
Electronic Arts' Global Commercial Strategy team needed a single source of truth for ad technology performance across their portfolio of 50+ products. Existing reporting was fragmented across multiple tools, making it difficult for leadership to make timely, data-informed decisions about monetization strategy.
We designed and implemented an advanced performance analytics dashboard that consolidated extensive datasets from across the product portfolio. The interactive tool provided instantaneous insights into key ad technology KPIs, replacing manual reporting workflows with real-time visibility.
The dashboard ingested data from multiple sources using Apache Kafka for streaming and Apache Airflow for orchestration, with BigQuery as the analytical backbone and Google Data Studio for visualization.
